Cancellation Policy

 

a. A deposit of 50% will secure your reservation

b. We accept direct bank transfers, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX. (We do

not make any additional charges to guests settling their accounts in this way.)

c. Deposits are non-refundable

d. Balance of accommodation account is payable on arrival

e. Cancellation within 14 days of date of arrival, 50% of full

accommodation payable

f. Please note that cancellations made prior to 7 days of arrival will be subject to a 75 % of total accommodation cancellation fee.

g. Cancellation, including no show or early departure

within 7 days of arrival, full accommodation payable

g. Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of

management and the ability to re let rooms

h. We are unable to accept personal cheques.
